Saraf had a dominant FIBA U18 World Cup, showcasing his promise and arguably making a claim as the best NBA prospect in the 2006 generation. The 6’6” point guard from Israel, who will play next season in Germany for Ratiopharm Ulm, led the tournament in scoring with an impressive 28.1 points per game. He shot 44.7% from the floor and 36% from beyond the arc on 6.7 attempts per game, demonstrating his ability to score at all three levels.
